Chairwoman of Tay Ho Ward Trade Union Pham Thi Hai Yen said that the ward Trade Union has 118 grassroots trade unions with 7,542 union members in administrative, public service, school and enterprise sectors.
During the 2025-2030 term, the Ward Trade Union aims to comprehensively innovate the content and methods of operation, adapt to the context of digital transformation; perform well the function of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; at the same time, build a team of professional, courageous, responsible union officials, and effectively apply technology in management and operation.
Speaking at the Congress, comrade Le Dinh Hung, Permanent Vice President in charge of the Hanoi City Labor Federation, requested that in the new term, the Ward Trade Union should perform well the work of representing, caring for, and protecting workers, deserving to be a solid support for workers, contributing to building the capital Hanoi more and more civilized and prosperous.
Meanwhile, Secretary of the Tay Ho Ward Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Khuyen requested the ward's Trade Union to promote the spirit of solidarity, innovation, creativity, accelerate the application of digital technology in operations and management, promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers; actively participate in building a clean and strong Party and government, contributing to building Tay Ho Ward into a cultural, service and tourism center of the Capital.
The Congress announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Inspection Committee of the Tay Ho Ward Trade Union, Term I. Comrade Pham Thi Hai Yen was appointed as Chairwoman of the Ward Trade Union.
