The East-West axis road project in An Thanh commune still has 1 household that has not yet handed over the site.

According to the Economic Department of An Thanh Commune (Hai Phong), currently the former East-West Axis Road Construction Project of Kim Thanh District (Phase 2) from An Thanh Commune to Kim Thanh Commune still has Mr. Pham Van Tu and Ms. Dong Thi Nhung's households signing to receive the area inventory but have not yet received compensation to support the clearance of 240 ^m2 (rural residential land) because they have not agreed with the compensation plan.

Although the An Thanh Commune Compensation and Resettlement Support Council repeatedly propagated and mobilized, and had three direct dialogues, Mr. Tu's household still did not agree.

To ensure the progress of the project, the People's Committee of An Thanh commune directed relevant units to continue to promote propaganda and mobilization. In case Mr. Tu's household still does not agree with the compensation and support plan, the Commune Compensation and Resettlement Support Council will advise the Commune People's Committee to carry out the procedures for compulsory land recovery according to regulations.

The Kim Thanh District East-West Axis Road Construction Project Phase 2, invested by the Kim Thanh Area Construction Investment Project Management Board, has a total investment of 612 billion VND.

The total length of the project route is about 12 km, passing through the communes of Phu Thai, An Thanh and Kim Thanh. The total area of recovered land is 233,090 ^m2 with nearly 600 households. In An Thanh commune alone, the recovered land area is more than 50,000 ^m2 , with 198 households having recovered land.
