Specifically, the delivery price for July 2025 is 5,226 USD/ton; the delivery price for September 2025 is 5,181 USD/ton; the delivery price for November 2025 is 5,122 USD/ton and the delivery price for January 2026 is 5,035 USD/ton.

Arabica coffee prices on the New York floor on the afternoon of May 11 were stable, with little change compared to yesterday, fluctuating between 366.00 - 391.20 cents/lb. Specifically, the July 2025 delivery period is 387.75 cents/lb; the September 2025 delivery period is 382.45 cents/lb; the December 2025 delivery period is 375.05 cents/lb and the March 2026 delivery period is 368.45 cents/lb.
At the end of the trading session on the afternoon of May 11, the price of Brazilian Arabica coffee was stable, the market fluctuated little across delivery terms, fluctuating between 457.40 - 497.00 USD/ton. Recorded as follows: May 2025 delivery period is 497.00 USD/ton; July 2025 delivery period is 487.95 USD/ton; September 2025 delivery period is 470.80 and December 2025 delivery period is 457.50 USD/ton.

Specifically, today's coffee price in Dak Lak is 128,200 VND/kg, coffee price in Lam Dong is 128,000 VND/kg, coffee price in Gia Lai is 128,100 VND/kg and coffee price in Dak Nong today is 128,300 VND/kg.
The domestic coffee prices that Giacaphe.com lists every day are calculated based on the prices of two world coffee exchanges combined with continuous surveys from businesses and purchasing agents in key coffee growing areas across the country.

It is noted that the coffee market on May 11 was stable and flat compared to the previous trading session, fluctuating around 128,000 - 128,300 VND/kg. According to statistics, this week the domestic coffee market decreased by another 2,000 VND/kg.
Meanwhile, the global coffee market fluctuated in opposite directions last week. Accordingly, the price of Robusta for delivery in July 2025 decreased by 65 USD/ton (equivalent to 1.2%), while the price of Arabica increased by 2.3 cents/lb (equivalent to 0.6%).
Experts say the downward trend in coffee prices comes amid reports of improved supply and as Brazil enters its new Robusta harvest season and many other coffee exporting countries announce statistics showing increased output. At the same time, the downward trend in coffee prices in May every year is a rule of supply and demand that has been observed for many years.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, in the first four months of the year, Vietnam's coffee exports continued to achieve impressive results with an average unit price of nearly 5,700 USD/ton (including processed coffee), an increase of 67.5% over the same period in 2024.
In terms of markets, Germany, Italy and Spain are the three largest coffee consuming markets of Vietnam, accounting for 16.9%, 8.4% and 7.3% market shares respectively. By the end of the first quarter of 2025, coffee exports to the German market increased 2.1 times; Italy increased 20%; Spain increased 36.1%.
