New administrative procedures in the mineral sector from July 1, 2025

The Ministry of Industry and Trade issued a decision on promulgating newly issued administrative procedures in the field of minerals under the management scope of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Accordingly, Decision 1473/QD-BCT dated May 28, 2025 clearly states and promulgates, together with this Decision, the list of newly issued administrative procedures in the field of minerals under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (attached appendix). This Decision takes effect from July 1, 2025.

Regarding the implementation, the Chief of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the Departments: Industrial Safety and Environment; Industry. Directors of the Departments: Legal Affairs; Oil and Gas and Coal. Heads of units under the Ministry and Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this decision.
