FPT Long Chau promptly coordinated to save a stroke patient

That same morning, Mrs. H.'s family members rushed to the Long Chau Vaccination Center in panic and said that Mrs. H. had suddenly fallen into a coma and was unable to speak. Realizing the emergency situation, Dr. Trang, who was on duty at the center, immediately followed her family members to the scene to assist.

With her professional expertise, the female doctor realized that the patient had typical symptoms of a stroke and immediately treated him, called an ambulance, and took the patient to the nearby Van Hanh General Hospital.

Doctor Trang provided timely emergency care, helping the woman overcome death's door.

Dr. Trang also proactively discussed patient H.'s condition with Van Hanh General Hospital, ensuring that the patient was admitted promptly during the "golden time", avoiding dangerous complications.

Stroke patient's family sends gratitude

“I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Trang - who promptly discovered and provided emergency care to my family member who had a stroke. The doctor's quickness and dedication saved a life,” Ms. H's family emotionally shared.

“At that time, I didn’t think much, I just knew that the patient needed me. As a medical professional, if there is even a small opportunity, I have to take it, because behind every patient is a whole family waiting,” Dr. Trang recalled.

This is not the first time FPT Long Chau vaccination sites have responded quickly to an emergency. Previously, the system successfully treated a man who had a stroke in Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City, saved a baby who was choking on a foreign object in Da Nang, and helped a woman who went into anaphylactic shock after a cosmetic procedure in District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
