"FPT Smart Cloud Young Talent 2024" is designed by leading FPT technology experts. The program provides learning opportunities and real-life working environment experience, career orientation and development for Gen Z who are passionate and want to develop their career in 3 fields: AI, Cloud and Cyber ​​Security.

The program not only provides the most up-to-date and systematic knowledge but also instills the spirit of creativity, pioneering breakthroughs, and conquering all limits. Young talents are empowered to propose new ideas to the leadership, realizing potential initiatives. This is also a typical culture of FPT, with programming and innovation competitions such as FPT iKhien, FCI Hackathon ... held annually to develop talent and recognize creative solutions and innovative ideas within the organization.

Intensive training, real-world experience

The training and internship process takes place over 6 months. Interns participate in intensive courses led by a team of professors, doctors, global FPT technology experts, and lecturers from major universities working at FPT Smart Cloud (Hanoi National University, University of Natural Sciences , University of Technology). Valuable practical experiences when participating in product development projects will help interns develop comprehensive skills, practice professional working skills, and contribute to solving problems for users and society.

In addition, interns have the opportunity to interact and learn from successful young faces and experts in the industry, thereby developing themselves and expanding relationships. Excellent interns are selected and led directly by members of the board of directors, executive board, general directors, block directors, and center directors.

Attractive scholarships

FPT Smart Cloud awards talent scholarships worth between 40 and 80 million VND based on the overall results of interns after passing 3 selection rounds: profile, capacity assessment and interview. Of which, 20% of the scholarship will be awarded immediately after the candidate is selected, the next 30% will be awarded after 3 months of internship and the remaining 50% will be awarded after completing the 6-month internship program.

At the end of the program, outstanding interns will be invited to take on official positions at FPT Smart Cloud with competitive salaries and participate in many global product development projects.
