FPT demonstrates “Digital Shield” at the Hanoi Convention Signing Ceremony – Joining hands to protect national digital sovereignty

FPT Group participated in the signing ceremony of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime (Hanoi Convention) and the international exhibition within the framework of the event, accompanying the Government in building a safe, autonomous, and sustainable digital space and promoting public-private cooperation to protect information security and national digital sovereignty .

The Hanoi Convention is the first legal instrument of the United Nations on combating cybercrime. This event also marks a historic step as Vietnam became the first country to host and sign a global convention on cybersecurity, demonstrating Vietnam's proactive, innovative, and responsible role in building a safe and healthy cyberspace and international cooperation for peace and prosperity.

At the event, FPT representatives introduced to Central Committee member and Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son and Ecuadorian Vice President María José Pinto González Artigas (wearing a white shirt), along with the delegation, FPT's AI-powered intelligent security monitoring platform, which is being effectively implemented in several national security projects.

Sharing his thoughts on the event, Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of FPT, said: "The future of the world is the digital future. Artificial intelligence is performing many tasks better than humans in specific fields. We will live, work, and communicate in the digital space, and then, cybersecurity will become a vital issue for every organization and nation. The Hanoi Convention is a major symbolic turning point, as it marks the first time the United Nations has signed a global legal framework right here in Vietnam. This demonstrates that Vietnam is not just a participant, but a nation that creates and proposes global initiatives. FPT identifies protecting national cybersecurity as a top priority for Vietnamese technology companies." Mr. Binh also affirmed that the public-private partnership model is Vietnam's strength in the field of cybersecurity, protecting Vietnam's sovereignty in the digital space.

At the exhibition held as part of the Hanoi Convention signing ceremony, FPT showcased its award-winning AI-powered security solutions, contributing to the nation's efforts to create a safe, self-reliant, and sustainable cyberspace. Eight typical platforms, solutions, products, and services presented by FPT at the exhibition included: QaiDora Vision and FPT Camera AI – AI-powered security monitoring platforms; NightWolf SecureOne – a lean cybersecurity solution for modern businesses; Information Security Consulting Services; Security Assessment & Testing Services; Network Security Monitoring & Operations Services; Power Management Chips; and AI in Remote Healthcare.

Notably, the AI-powered security monitoring platform has been selected for deployment in several national projects. This platform helps organizations and businesses shift their public security and safety efforts from a passive to a proactive approach, predicting and preventing risks from the outset. The system can detect and prevent up to 80% of potential incidents thanks to its AI-powered early warning capabilities, analyzing abnormal behavior in real time such as fights, unauthorized entry, or dangerous situations. Its response speed is 3-5 times faster than manual monitoring, enabling timely intervention by authorities and significantly reducing serious incidents in the monitored area.

Its 24/7 cybersecurity consulting, assessment, testing, and monitoring/operation services utilize AI to automatically consolidate and correlate data from all security layers, providing near-instantaneous threat detection.

In addition, FPT also showcased the FPT Access Control System (FAS) at the exhibition – FPT's Citizen Identity Card authentication management device, along with a line of power chips designed by FPT and used in Citizen Identity Card authentication machines. FAS is integrated into school safety management systems, helping schools control access and protect students, and in mobile verification devices, supporting law enforcement in ensuring civil security and identifying criminals anytime, anywhere.

AI-powered remote health consultation solutions represent a significant advancement in personal health management, particularly in monitoring vital indicators like blood pressure. This application allows users to proactively check their blood pressure using their personal phones via camera. The AI system then analyzes the blood pressure data, provides a preliminary assessment of health status, and issues early warnings if risks are present.
