During his visit to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, on the morning of October 30 (local time), within the framework of the Vietnam - UK High-Level Economic Conference, General Secretary To Lam witnessed the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation agreements between Vietnamese enterprises and global partners. In particular, FPT signed a cooperation agreement with the world's leading football club Chelsea.
