Galaxy A36 5G appears on Geekbench

Recently, the Galaxy A36 5G has just appeared on the Geekbench performance measurement website with some key specifications.

Accordingly, the smartphone being developed by Samsung with model number SM-A336B has appeared on the Geekbench database. Many speculate that this is the Galaxy A36 with 5G connectivity.

According to the leaked image, the device will have Android 15 operating system (most likely running OneUI 7.0). The device is equipped with the combined power of chipset and motherboard with the code name "Parrot".

Leaks say the Galaxy A36 5G will have 6GB of Ram and may come with an additional 8GB of Ram for users to choose from.

The source also said that the device's octa-core CPU has four high-performance cores running at 2.4 GHz and four power-saving cores running at 1.8 GHz. The Geekbench listing revealed that the chip uses the Adreno 710 GPU, so it is likely a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 or Snapdragon 7s Gen 2. Both chips are manufactured using Samsung Foundry's 4nm manufacturing process.

Samsung also recently introduced the A16 5G with 6 Android updates, so it is likely that the A36 5G will also receive the same number of OS updates.
