On the afternoon of May 11, Felisberto de Deus competed in the 10,000 m event with the hope of changing the color of the silver medal won at the 31st SEA Games, as well as hoping to overcome the disappointment after the previous unsuccessful 5,000 m event.
Felisberto de Deus's efforts to change the color of the silver medal at SEA Games 31 in the 10,000 m event had been very well prepared before SEA Games 32.
However, Felisberto de Deus's efforts were unsuccessful as he only finished 5th with a time of 32 minutes 27 seconds 76. This result was lower than his silver medal at the 31st SEA Games of 32 minutes 23 seconds 91. However, the 23-year-old athlete from Timor Leste was still ranked above Vietnamese athlete Do Quoc Luat who finished 6th.

However, against opponents like Indonesia's Rikki Marthin Simbolon and Singapore's Guillaume Soh who played very persistently, Felisberto de Deus gradually fell behind.
In the 10,000m2 event, Vietnamese athletes Do Quoc Luat and Nguyen Quoc Anh hoped to compete for gold medals but failed.
Indonesian athlete Rikki Marthin Simbolon won the gold medal.
Rikki Marthin Simbolon is being congratulated by Singapore's Guillaume Soh.
Meanwhile, the gold medal winner was athlete Rikki Marthin Simbolon of Indonesia, and the runner-up was Guillaume Soh of Singapore.
After the competition ended, Felisberto de Deus was quite disappointed, but still managed to congratulate his colleagues who had overcome many challenges in the 10,000m race at the 32nd SEA Games.
