Community activities support children's comprehensive development
In 2025, Generali Vietnam continues to identify supporting the comprehensive development of children in their early years as the focus of its community campaigns.
The Human Safety Net (THSN) Vietnam - a non-profit organization established by Generali Group, has accompanied many prestigious partners such as UNICEF, Vietnam Children's Fund, Ministry of Health and Research & Training Center for Community Development (RTCCD), Monash University (Australia) to implement many long-term community support and development programs, bringing positive changes in the lives of thousands of Vietnamese children and families.
Specifically, this year, THSN has comprehensively accompanied RTCCD in terms of finance and human resources, in coordination with the Department of Mothers and Children - Ministry of Health and Monash University (Australia) to implement EM-THRIVE, a project to expand the "Early Journey" model - a program to train active parenting skills integrated into expanded immunization activities to reach many children and families early and widely.
Generali Vietnam also sponsored VND2.5 billion for UNICEF to implement the "Child Protection in Emergencies" project, joining hands to protect and support vulnerable children and families in Vietnam, while improving the capacity of teachers, local officials and parents.
To date, more than 226,000 children, parents, caregivers, preschool teachers and community health workers have been equipped with comprehensive child-rearing knowledge and skills, with more than 1,000 children participating in community activities organized by Generali.
In addition to educational projects, Generali Vietnam also spreads the spirit of People Helping People with the participation of a large number of employees, consultants, customers and partners in volunteer and fundraising activities. Responding to the initiative deployed simultaneously in 25 countries, THSN Vietnam in collaboration with the National Fund for Vietnamese Children started the Global Challenge 2025 journey with the desire to bring fun days for more than 500 children. Many diverse fundraising activities were deployed across the country from North to South such as: cycling, Happiness Booth, book donation events, toys, Mid-Autumn gifts for disadvantaged children. This year, more than 700 volunteers participated, raising more than 543 million VND to build schools, playgrounds and support children in difficult circumstances.

The award recognizes Generali Vietnam's efforts in realizing its commitment to sustainable development.
Sustainable development from internal business strength
Generali's spirit of sustainability is not only demonstrated through community activities, but is also strongly spread in corporate activities.
From 2024, Generali Vietnam will launch an environmentally friendly version of its Life Insurance Contract, using thinner and lighter recycled paper, contributing to reducing emissions and waste. Continuing that spirit, in 2025, Generali Vietnam will launch the "SOHI and Mission of Sustainability" program to raise awareness among employees and encourage the application of sustainable initiatives in work and daily life. The program attracts the participation of hundreds of employees with online courses: "Electricity Saving" and "You & Sustainability" seminars, internal challenges: battery collection, bringing personal water cups, using public transport. Last October, a large number of employees and consultants donated 1,000 seedlings to Binh Chau - Phuoc Buu Nature Reserve within the framework of the "Joining hands to create forests - For a sustainable future 2025" program, contributing to increasing coverage and protecting the ecosystem here.
These practical initiatives are maintained throughout, creating positive changes while building the foundation for a more sustainable Generali Vietnam and a more responsible community.

This is the 6th consecutive year that Generali Vietnam has been honored as "Enterprise for the community".
The “Enterprise for the Community 2025” certification once again affirms Generali Vietnam’s commitment to being a “Lifetime Friend”, continuing to create positive impacts and spread inspiration to the community through practical initiatives. In the future, Generali Vietnam will consider sustainable development not only as a direction but also as one of the core pillars and important commitments in its business strategy.
