Ms. Huong shared: “I started my career as a life insurance consultant with nothing, no connections, no skills, no understanding of financial insurance or the art of communication. The only thing I had was the desire to change, the spirit, and the willingness to learn. To step out of my comfort zone, I gave up my stable government job to embark on a journey that was not easy but full of human values.

In the book, from chapter 1 to chapter 6, are the first six milestones I went through. From the surprise when I first started my career, the months of struggling with rejection to the moment I first touched the peak milestones in the consulting profession. Each step gave me a lesson and created an indispensable part in the journey that made me who I am today.

The book is not a technical manual, nor is it simply a guide to professional skills. It is a true fragment of the journey that author Huong Nguyen has gone through, the concerns, thoughts and emotions about the professional perspective that the author has summarized over many years of working in life insurance.
