In the warm atmosphere of brotherly friendship, Consul General Dinh Hoang Linh sent to Lao Consul General Somsack Vilaythone, his wife and all staff of the Lao Consulate General his warmest and best wishes on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the National Day of Laos.
