The note “Do” is spelled similarly to the English word “do”, meaning “to do”. This is a reminder for students to be proactive, responsible, dare to act and take responsibility for their actions in cyberspace as well as in real life.
The note “Re” evokes the word “remember”. Students need to remember their role and responsibility in protecting the Party’s ideological foundation; remember the core values, correct guidelines and development goals of the country.
The note “Mi” is similar to “mind”, meaning mind, reason, and reason. Every student needs to know how to consider, be alert, and receive information selectively, based on reason and understanding so as not to be misled.
The note “Fa” is related to “favorite”, meaning love, passion. To sustainably protect the Party’s ideological foundation, each young person needs to nurture love, enthusiasm and belief in the path chosen by the Party and the nation.
The note “Sol” has the word “solution” in it. Students should not only have correct perception, but also propose and disseminate positive solutions to contribute to creating a healthy information environment in cyberspace.
The note “La” is associated with the word “last”, meaning to the end, to the very end. This is an affirmation of a steadfast spirit: protecting the Party’s ideological foundation is not a temporary task, but a persistent, continuous and in-depth process.
The note “Si” is homophonous with “see”, meaning “to look, to observe”, requiring each student to have the ability to observe, analyze, and identify conspiracies and malicious information; thereby having the appropriate attitude and way of handling them.
Within the framework of the Discussion, Ms. Trinh Yen Nhi - former Vice President of the Source Channel Club, Academy of Journalism and Communication shared the process of creating press products to spread politically correct and accurate messages to the young public.
According to her, the biggest challenge for young people when participating in the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation is how to ensure the content is both theoretically accurate and attractive and close enough to attract students.
From practical activities, Ms. Nhi emphasized that the most effective way is to know how to "tell the theory" in the form of real stories, linked to the social context, life and issues happening around students. When the theory is concretized into a story, its value becomes easier to understand, more natural and more moving.
Besides, using the language of young people and taking advantage of Gen Z's creative materials are also important factors to help journalistic products reach students more easily without losing the spirit of standard information.
She also said that all products of the Source Circuit Club are verified and consulted by experts and leading lecturers to ensure the accuracy of the content. This not only helps to strengthen the credibility but also contributes to the correct ideological orientation of the recipient.
Ms. Trinh Yen Nhi said that the combination of theoretical accuracy, creativity of young people and support from a team of experts has created in-depth, directional media products that have attracted widespread attention, contributing to making the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation more vivid and effective in the digital media environment.
In addition, students also interacted through the mind-starting minigame to orient the three main topics of the exchange and the exchange with guests.
At the end of the seminar, Dr. Vu Hoai Phuong, Lecturer of the Faculty of Propaganda, Academy of Journalism and Propaganda, and Dr. Nguyen Dinh Van, Secretary of the Youth Union of the School of Electrical and Electronics, delivered the closing speech, welcoming the program's success and sending good hopes to all students - young people with the mission of protecting and building the country in the future.
