The Provincial Federation of Labor organized the signing of the Regulations on coordination of work for the period 2025

Attending the conference were comrade Hoang Giang - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of departments, branches and representatives of the Standing Party Committees of communes and wards.

In recent times, the Provincial Labor Federation has signed regular cooperation agreements with 44 units and achieved many practical results. At the same time, it has organized hundreds of conferences to disseminate the law to tens of thousands of cadres, union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers; provided periodic health check-ups and cared for the welfare of tens of thousands of laborers; organized sports , cultural, and artistic movements, and built grassroots cultural life, attracting thousands of union members to participate.

The Provincial Federation of Labor has developed dozens of new grassroots unions, recruited union members, effectively implemented social security programs, supported union members in difficulty, and built hundreds of "Union Shelters".

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Chuong Phat - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation emphasized the need to continue to improve the effectiveness of the Programs and Coordination Regulations in the new period. Currently, the Provincial Labor Federation directly manages 587 grassroots unions with more than 40,000 union members. This is both an opportunity and a great challenge.

The close coordination between the Provincial Federation of Labor with agencies, units and localities will contribute to putting the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws into practice; promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers; resolve problems, limit disputes and collective work stoppages.

At the conference, agencies, units and localities signed a commitment to the Program and Coordination Regulations for the period 2025 - 2030, marking a new step of development after streamlining the apparatus, contributing to better care for the lives and rights of workers and socio -economic development of the province.
