Latest notable pig price news
On June 14, at National Highway 14 in Cu Ne Commune, Krong Buk District, Dak Lak Province, Market Management Team No. 4 under the Dak Lak Provincial Market Management Department coordinated with the Krong Buk Traffic Police Station, Dak Lak Provincial Police to inspect a passenger car driven by Mr. VTX (born in 1975, residing in Tra Ba Ward, PleiKu City, Gia Lai Province), based on the denunciation.
The inspection revealed that the vehicle contained 251 kg of frozen pork without any documents proving its origin and lacking an animal quarantine stamp. The driver declared that the meat was being transported from Gia Lai to Nha Trang City for consumption, but could not present any legal documents related to the shipment.
The inspection team has drawn up a record of the incident to handle it according to legal regulations, with an expected administrative fine of about 17 million VND.
