Market Overview

As of May 29, the upward trend in live pig prices is still being maintained, with many provinces adjusting prices up consecutively over the past few days.
The main reasons for the high price are still high domestic demand, sharp increase in input costs and not too abundant supply.
It is forecasted that in the coming time, prices are likely to increase slightly if there is no significant new supply.
