(Chinhphu.vn) - In the first 5 months of the year, Binh Duong province's export turnover is estimated at nearly 15 billion USD, up 9.9% over the same period.

At the meeting on the afternoon of May 29, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province said that in the first 5 months of 2025, the province's industrial production is estimated to increase by 9.22% over the same period.

Export turnover is estimated at over 14.8 billion USD, up 9.9% over the same period. Import turnover is estimated at over 10.5 billion USD, up 10% over the same period.

Binh Duong attracted 795 million USD in foreign investment, 2.3 times higher than the same period last year. In the domestic investment sector, it attracted 63,420 billion VND in registered capital, up 32.7% over the same period last year.

Total budget revenue reached 39,491 billion VND, equal to 55% of the estimate assigned by the Prime Minister and 50% of the adjusted estimate approved by the Provincial People's Council, up 29% over the same period.
