Starting price for auction of fallen tree wood due to storm No. 3 in Hai Duong city is 438 million VND

Over 300 cubic meters of timber from trees felled by Typhoon No. 3 in Hai Duong City will be liquidated through an auction.

The auction lot includes over 290 ^m³ of mahogany wood; 3.23 ^{m³ of} black ebony wood; 2.86 ^m³ of teak wood; 1.06 ^m³ of acacia wood; 0.87 ^m³ of rosewood; 0.58 ^m³ of crape myrtle wood; 0.59 ^m³ of flamboyant wood; 0.39 ^m³ of casuarina wood and 129 tree stumps.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong City has assigned the City's Asset Valuation and Auction Council to organize the auction in accordance with current regulations.

According to the Hai Duong City Finance Department, the Asset Valuation and Auction Council has now selected an auction organizer, and the auction of this timber lot is expected to be held by the end of December.

All of the timber is currently being stockpiled in the area south of Ton Duc Thang Street (Hai Duong City).
