Gia Lai: General rehearsal of the program to participate in the national revolutionary song festival

(GLO)- On the evening of May 29, in Pleiku City, Dam San Music and Dance Theater (Gia Lai Province) held a rehearsal for the program participating in the 2025 Mass Art Performance of Revolutionary Songs.

This is an activity organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with An Giang province in Long Xuyen city from June 1 to 6, expected to attract 24 provinces and cities nationwide to participate.

With the theme “ Gia Lai - heroic land”, the program of Dam San General Music and Dance Theater includes 5 performances: Singing to celebrate Hero Nup (singing and dancing); The ferryman on the Po Co River (solo); The people's will (dance); Celebrating the victory of the Central Highlands (group singing); The indomitable Central Highlands (traditional musical instrument ensemble). At the rehearsal, the Theater's leaders gave suggestions to perfect some performances and ensure overall connectivity, bringing to the festival a unique art program.

The 2025 Mass Art Performance of Revolutionary Songs is organized to celebrate the country's major holidays, praising the Party, beloved Uncle Ho, the love for the homeland, the country, and Vietnam's seas and islands; praising the heroic fighting tradition of our people in the resistance wars, building and defending the Fatherland; the achievements in labor, production, and the country's aspirations to enter a new era.
