The price of gold rings of Saigon Jewelry Company (SJC) today continued to increase since last Friday (July 7).
At the end of today's session, the price of 9999 gold rings, type 1-5 chi, was listed by Saigon Jewelry Company (SJC) in Ho Chi Minh City at 55.6 - 56.6 million VND/tael (buy - sell), an increase of 100 thousand VND/tael in both buying and selling compared to the end of yesterday's session.
SJC bought and sold 0.5-chi 9999 gold rings at 55.6 - 56.7 million VND/tael, also increasing 100,000 VND/tael in both directions compared to yesterday's closing price.
Thus, after 5 consecutive increasing sessions (from July 7 to today), the price of SJC 9999 gold rings has increased by 550 thousand VND/tael in both buying and selling directions.
Similarly, the price of gold rings at Doji Gold and Gemstone Group also continued to rise. Today, Doji's gold ring price was traded at 54.65 - 56.3 million VND/tael (buy - sell), an increase of 100 thousand VND/tael for buying and 200 thousand VND/tael for selling compared to the closing price yesterday.
From July 7 to today, Doji's 9999 gold ring price has increased by 350 thousand VND/tael for buying and increased by 600 thousand VND/tael for selling.
The price of gold rings of Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ) today increased after a slight fluctuation yesterday. The price of gold rings bought and sold by PNJ in Ho Chi Minh City today is at 55.7 - 56.7 million VND/tael, an increase of 350 thousand VND/tael for buying and 300 thousand VND/tael for selling compared to yesterday.
From July 7 to today, PNJ's gold ring price has increased by 600 thousand VND/tael for buying and increased by 550 thousand VND/tael for selling.
The gap between the buying and selling prices of domestic gold rings today continued to widen to around 1-1.65 million VND/tael.
Meanwhile, the price of gold bars today fluctuated little.
At the end of today's session, SJC gold bar price remained unchanged compared to yesterday's session.
Doji's gold bar price in Hanoi today increased by 50 thousand VND/tael in both buying and selling directions while Doji's gold bar price in Ho Chi Minh City remained the same compared to yesterday's closing price.

SJC and DOJI gold bar price list closing session 7/12
In the world market , gold prices today continue to rise due to the decrease in the USD in the world, even though many Asian currencies are rapidly depreciating against the greenback.
At 4:09 p.m. today (July 12, Vietnam time), the world spot gold price was at 1,934.7 USD/ounce, up 2.7 USD/ounce compared to last night.
World gold converted at the current exchange rate at Vietcombank is priced at nearly VND55.63 million/tael (excluding taxes and fees). Thus, the price of SJC gold bars is still VND11.59 million/tael higher than the international gold price.
