Accordingly, in the price adjustment on July 17th, the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance did not make any contributions to or disbursements from the Fuel Price Stabilization Fund for any petroleum products. The maximum retail prices for petroleum products are applied as follows:
The price of E5RON92 gasoline will not exceed 19,481 VND/liter (a decrease of 178 VND/liter compared to the current base price), which is 444 VND/liter lower than RON95-III gasoline.
The price of RON95-III gasoline will not exceed 19,925 VND/liter, a decrease of 165 VND/liter compared to the current base price.
The price of 0.05S diesel fuel will not exceed 18,799 VND/liter, a decrease of 38 VND/liter compared to the current base price.
The price of kerosene will not exceed 18,429 VND/liter, an increase of 58 VND/liter compared to the current base price.
The price of 180CST 3.5S fuel oil will not exceed 15,478 VND/kg, a decrease of 85 VND/kg compared to the current base price.
In this price adjustment period, given the aforementioned developments in world oil prices, fluctuations in the VND/USD exchange rate, and current regulations, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance have decided on a fuel price management plan to ensure that domestic fuel prices are consistent with world fuel prices; to continue maintaining a reasonable price difference between E5RON92 bio-gasoline and RON95 mineral gasoline to encourage the use of biofuels in accordance with the Government's policy; and to ensure a balance of interests among market participants.
