2025 Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament finds champion

The final match of the 2025 Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament was as tense as expected when the two strongest teams of the tournament, Sacombank and the Vietnam Banking Trade Union, delivered a fierce and dramatic match.

The two halves of the match saw a tense standoff. Both teams had their moments of dominance, creating dangerous opportunities but were powerless against a tight defense and the solidity of the two goalkeepers. The 0-0 score forced the match into a fateful penalty shootout.

In the penalty shootout, Sacombank showed their superiority. Reserve goalkeeper Nguyen Manh Tien, who replaced Hau Van Hoang Tuan at the end of the match, became the hero when he successfully blocked two shots from his opponent. His brilliance helped Sacombank win 4-2 in the penalty shootout.
