According to the representative of the Southern Open Go-kart Championship Organizing Committee, said in the press conference this morning, April 17: "In order to create opportunities to develop and nurture young talents, FRV will expand the scale of the tournament when for the first time dividing the Sprint format into 3 groups: Rookie, Semi-Pro and Pro. This creates conditions for racers at all levels to find the category that suits them. At the same time, the requirements for team spirit and tactical selection are higher in the Endurance format."

The Southern Open Go-kart Championship is expected to attract over 75 professional, semi-professional and amateur racers across the country who love and are passionate about this sport. This tournament will continue to have two events: Sprint and Endurance 2 Hours. Sprint is an individual race, while Endurance 2 Hours is a very attractive team relay race. This is a challenging event that requires good coordination between members and the team that completes the most laps within 2 hours will be the winner.
