The Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department is on duty at the highest level, inspects fire prevention and fighting at key facilities, and is ready to handle incidents. The Criminal Police Department and the Administrative Management of Social Order prevent and handle crimes, and protect property in evacuation areas. The Political Affairs Department organizes propaganda, mobilizes donations, and proposes rewards.
Police in communes and wards help people reinforce their houses, evacuate cages and rafts, prepare means to evacuate islanders to the mainland, and strictly manage guardhouses and boat moorings.
