VTV LPBank International Marathon 2025 takes place in Vinh Phuc

This tournament is organized by Vietnam Television in coordination with Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee; Vinh Phuc Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Thanh An Media Joint Stock Company and LPBank .

This event aims to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), and celebrate the 55th anniversary of the first television program broadcast of Vietnam Television (September 7, 1970 - September 7, 2025).

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Do Duc Hoang - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Television, Head of the Steering Committee of the tournament said: "This is the second year the tournament has been organized. The successes of last year's race in Cat Ba are the basis for us to continue organizing and believe that the VTV LPBank International Marathon 2025 will leave a good impression.

As a national television station, we always want to bring a healthy, large-scale and professional playground to everyone. From this point on, the organizing team will prepare carefully to bring the best competition conditions and experiences to the athletes."

Following the success of the first season in 2024, the 2025 International Marathon will officially take place on August 16, 2025 at Flamingo Dai Lai resort, Vinh Phuc province.

The tournament is expected to attract thousands of professional and amateur athletes from around the world . Some national players such as Do Quoc Luat, Sam Van Doi, Thu Ha... will also compete.

The 2025 International Marathon will have a unique running route winding along Dai Lai Lake, blending contemporary architectural works and lush natural landscapes, promising to bring athletes classy and inspiring experiences.

Through the theme "Rhythm Through Time", the organizers hope to spread the spirit of enduring sports, while paying tribute to the legacies of the past and inspiring a dynamic future, continuing the mission of connecting millions of Vietnamese hearts.

Through each season, Vietnam Television and the organizing committee also hope to build a series of large-scale, prestigious and quality running races for the running community.
