The Central Highlands Pickleball Tournament sees a boost in the mixed doubles event.

(NLĐO) - The Pickleball tournament for the sports community of the Central Highlands and other provinces and cities attracted 130 athletes to compete.

The Pickleball Hulk Beer Cup 2025 will officially take place on November 1st in Ea Kao ward, Dak Lak province. Hosted by TN Media, the tournament attracts over 130 pairs of athletes from various locations such as Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Nha Trang, etc., who will converge on the Central Highlands to compete.

This is considered one of the largest tournaments in the region in terms of organization and media coverage to date. The tournament not only creates a high-quality sporting arena but also contributes to uniting the sports-loving community, enhancing mental well-being, and inspiring a spirit of physical activity across all age groups.

The competition categories include: women's doubles 4.0, men's doubles 5.1, mixed doubles 4.5, and notably, the husband and wife doubles category, which is being included for the first time in the Central Highlands, marking a shift in the approach to sports development towards a more accessible, sustainable, and humane direction.

Besides cash prizes, the tournament also received support from many reputable brands, providing hundreds of gifts including athletic shoes, apparel, rackets, and other sports equipment. This demonstrates the event's appeal, as well as the growing trust of businesses in community physical activities.

According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hau – Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee, this tournament not only focuses on professional quality but also aims for professional organizational standards, from venue design and image printing to inviting KOLs to participate in various roles such as commentators, media representatives, and photographers. At the same time, all matches will be livestreamed directly from the four venues, allowing fans to easily follow the games and widely spread the positive spirit of sportsmanship.

The tournament is also expected to become an influential annual event, contributing to shaping a new sports culture in the Central Highlands and promoting the strong development of pickleball in Vietnam in the near future.
