'Happy Vietnam' Photo and Video Awards: Awakening National Pride

The series of events, exhibitions and the Media Award on human rights "Happy Vietnam - Happy Vietnam 2025" will be organized by the Department of Grassroots Information and External Information (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) from the second quarter to the fourth quarter of this year.

The award is open to Vietnamese citizens and foreigners aged 15 and over. The award includes 2 categories: Photo and Video .

General criteria for the content of the entries: Introduce and promote the image of the country, Vietnamese people, cultural and natural values ​​throughout the country; arouse national pride and aspiration for development in all classes of Vietnamese people to join hands to build an increasingly prosperous, prosperous and happy Vietnam.

The works will truthfully and vividly reflect Vietnam's development achievements in all fields, especially in the process of innovation, development and international integration; convey valuable information and knowledge to the public and have a wide spread at home and abroad.

The Jury will select the award through two rounds of Preliminary and Final, both online and in person.

The award ceremony and exhibition, scheduled to be held in the fourth quarter in Hanoi , is an opportunity to recognize and honor the contributions of people nationwide and overseas Vietnamese in the cause of building and developing the country for a strong, prosperous and happy Vietnam.

In addition, the photo and video exhibition "Happy Vietnam" to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day displays and introduces award-winning works and finalists of the "Happy Vietnam" Awards held in the second quarter in Hai Phong and the third quarter in Ho Chi Minh City.

The series of events, exhibitions and the Media Awards on Human Rights in Vietnam in 2025 aims to discover and honor meaningful stories about all aspects of Vietnam's political, economic, cultural and social life to vividly affirm the achievements that Vietnam has made in the field of human rights. In addition, mobilizing the total strength of all classes of people in the country, the overseas Vietnamese community and international friends in communication work, promoting the image of the country and Vietnamese people to the world to affirm to the world that Vietnam is a peaceful, beautiful country, dynamically developing and a happy country./.

Each contest category (photo and video) has the following prizes and prize values:

- 01 First Prize: 50,000,000 VND

- 02 Second Prizes: 30,000,000 VND

- 03 Third Prizes: 15,000,000 VND

- 10 Consolation prizes: 5,000,000 VND

- 01 prize for Most voted work: 5,000,000 VND

The Organizing Committee encourages and will award 01 creative prize in each category (photo and video) worth: 20,000,000 VND for works with new ideas, creativity in content and form of expression.
