View of the citizen reception
At the citizen reception, the Provincial Police Director listened to citizens present their complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections that were still unresolved in the past; explained and guided on legal regulations related to the content presented by citizens, regulations on citizen reception and resolution of complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections so that citizens could understand and grasp them.
Regarding the issues that citizens still have questions about, Colonel Lam Phuoc Nguyen directed the Office of the Provincial Police Investigation Agency to coordinate with relevant units to resolve them in accordance with the law and respond to citizens. During the citizen reception, individuals thanked the Provincial Police Director for taking the time to listen, guide and give directions to professional units to resolve the petition.
