(Haiphong.gov.vn) – On the afternoon of December 20, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city's monitoring delegation led by Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city Do Trang Thanh supervised the extra teaching, extra learning, educational linkage and revenue and expenditure at Le Hong Phong High School.

During the monitoring session, Principal of Le Hong Phong High School Dinh Hong Tiep said: The school has updated and fully implemented the directive documents of all levels and sectors on extra teaching, extra learning, educational linkage and school revenue and expenditure to the entire school's Education Council through meetings of key staff, education council meetings and publicly posted on the bulletin board and on the school's website; fully publicized the directive documents of all levels and sectors on extra teaching, extra learning, educational linkage and school revenue and expenditure to all students and parents through parent-teacher meetings, publicly posted on the bulletin board and on the school's website.

Based on the directives of superiors and the plan to implement the tasks of the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 school years, the Board of Directors has organized research and completed the Steering Committee for additional teaching and learning at the school for each school year, issued directives and instructions on additional teaching and learning in the school; organized the collection, management and use of revenues in accordance with the revenue and expenditure estimates, ensuring compliance with the principles of financial management and internal spending regulations of the school; publicity, democracy, transparency; compliance with the provisions of the current financial regime for public service units.

Speaking at the monitoring session, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city Do Trang Thanh acknowledged and highly appreciated the preparation of content as well as the arrangement of full members to work with the Delegation. On the part of the school, it strictly implemented legal documents and directives from superiors on extra teaching and learning. In the training cooperation, the school strictly followed the procedures and regulations; the school's revenue and expenditure were carried out publicly and transparently according to the instructions of the competent authorities. The Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city requested the school to continue reviewing documents related to extra teaching and learning; especially extra teaching outside the school, and at the same time shared with the school about the difficulties and problems. Regarding the recommendations of the school stated in the monitoring session, the Monitoring Delegation acknowledged and summarized the report to the competent authorities for consideration.
