Training to support employment for workers

On October 30, Dong Nai Province Employment Service Center coordinated with Loc Ninh Commune People's Committee to organize a training course for a team of collaborators to support job creation in villages in the commune.

Leaders of Dong Nai Provincial Employment Service Center informed about the contents of the training class.

At the training session, trainees were informed about the current labor market situation; labor introduction policies for collaborators, as well as recruitment information of enterprises in and outside the province. In addition, the reporter also guided on consulting skills, job connection and supported workers to register for jobs, vocational training, and participate in labor export.

The training course aims to improve the capacity, communication and consulting skills of the grassroots collaborators; contributing to the effective implementation of job creation, ensuring social security and socio- economic development in the locality.
