Successfully organized the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Veterans Association of Nhon Trach commune, term 2025 - 2030

On the 29th and 30th, the Veterans Association of Nhon Trach commune successfully organized the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030. Attending the Congress were 120 official delegates, representing more than 600 Veterans Association members in the area.

Leaders of the Provincial Veterans Association and the Commune Party Committee presented flowers to congratulate the Executive Committee of the Commune Veterans Association, Term I.

During the past term, the cadres and members of the Association of War Veterans in Nhon Trach commune have always promoted the spirit of self-reliance, self-improvement, helping each other develop the economy , reduce poverty sustainably, and enrich themselves legitimately; actively participating in local socio-economic development programs. War Veterans Association members have donated hundreds of square meters of land, contributed hundreds of millions of VND and hundreds of working days to participate in building new rural areas. The Association also mobilized members to contribute 870 million VND to build rural roads, effectively maintaining the models of "Traffic safety at school gates", "Self-managed War Veterans Security Team" consisting of 7 teams with 85 members. Every year, over 98% of members achieve the title of "Exemplary Member", 98% of war veteran families achieve "Cultural Family"; 54 members are awarded the Vietnam War Veterans Medal.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Association of War Veterans in Nhon Trach commune set out a number of key targets such as: Maintaining members from falling back into poverty (according to new standards); over 78% of war veteran families achieving well-off or rich status; 100% of members with housing difficulties are supported to build or repair; Each year there is at least 1 effective "Skilled Mass Mobilization" model; 98.5% of branches are strong, of which 20% are excellent; 98.5% of members are exemplary, 98.5% of war veteran families achieve "Cultural Family", 87% of members participate in regular activities.
The Congress announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Association of War Veterans of Nhon Trach commune, term I, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 20 members; the Standing Committee consists of 7 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Tan Duong, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Association of War Veterans of Nhon Trach commune, term I, 2025 - 2030.
