Lecturers from universities in Ho Chi Minh City leave for special assignments

Speaking to reporters, a representative of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law said that this year, the school coordinated with Nha Trang University to inspect the high school graduation exam in Lam Dong province. The "departing" team of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law includes 60 lecturers, assigned to 21 exam sites with the task of inspecting the direction of the exam organization; inspecting the organization of the exam; inspecting the inspection work, and inspecting the 2024 high school graduation exam.

The school leaders said that priority will be given to officers and civil servants who have experience participating in inspection teams in previous years; ensuring that each unit in the school has at least one leader participating in the team. Officers and civil servants must participate in inspection training and complete the post-training test with a passing grade before they can participate in the task.

This morning, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade (Tan Phu District) also had 45 lecturers leave for the testing sites in Binh Thuan Province. During this working trip, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade coordinated with Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport.

A representative of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade said that the participating staff must be the school's permanent staff; unit heads, deputy unit heads, department heads, deputy department heads, staff with experience in this work; with experience participating in inspection and examination of high school graduation exams for one year or more.

Dr. Le Trung Dao, Vice Principal of the University of Finance and Marketing, said that at 6:30 this morning, 35 members of the school departed for Ninh Thuan province. Compared to last year, the number of members this year is less. The selected officers and lecturers are all people with many years of experience in inspection work.

Besides ensuring the completion of tasks during the exam, university leaders also specially remind staff and lecturers to take good care of their health.

The "team" participating in the exam proctoring mission of the University of Finance and Marketing set off on the morning of June 25.

This year’s high school graduation exam mobilized nearly 8,000 staff and lecturers from universities to participate in the inspection teams for exam supervision. Tomorrow afternoon (June 26), 1 million candidates nationwide will go to the exam sites to complete exam registration procedures.
