Exchange of outstanding ethnic minority students from Southern region's culture, sports and tourism schools will take place in Ho Chi Minh City

The 8th "Exchange of outstanding ethnic minority students from cultural, sports and tourism schools in the Southern region" in 2023 is a typical cultural event demonstrating the attention of the Party, State and Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for ethnic minority students studying at training institutions under the Ministry in the Southern region in particular and the whole country in general.

The program not only has practical significance in motivating and encouraging ethnic minority students to strive to study and practice well to mature and contribute to the country, but is also an opportunity for ethnic minority students to connect, gain more understanding of community culture, inspire in them patriotism, love for compatriots, contribute to preserving and promoting the cultural identity of ethnic minorities in the cultural community of Vietnamese ethnic groups.

According to the Organizing Committee, the exchange program has the participation of more than 300 ethnic minority students from 12 training institutions of the Culture, Sports and Tourism sector in the Southern region: Ho Chi Minh City University of Culture, Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts, Ho Chi Minh City University of Physical Education and Sports , Ho Chi Minh City National Sports Training Center, Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music, Ho Chi Minh City University of Theater and Cinema, Ho Chi Minh City College of Dance, Dong Nai College of Decorative Arts, Vung Tau College of Tourism, Da Lat College of Tourism, Ho Chi Minh City College of Culture and Arts and Can Tho College of Tourism.

Within the framework of the program, there are many activities such as: Seminar "Nourishing the mind, training the mind, building great ambitions"; Exchange Night; Campfire program; cultural - sports competitions and other activities.
