A cultural performance at the exchange program.

At the program, the participating units presented many artistic performances praising the homeland and the country's renewal, especially songs about Tuyen Quang, rich in national cultural identity.

The program provides an opportunity for event organizers, MCs, singers, musicians, sound and lighting technicians, and stage decorators in the area surrounding Tuyen Quang province to network, learn from each other, and improve the quality of their services and performances.
