Giving car to 16 year old child to drive causes accident, father harms both child and others

Giving a car to a child who is not old enough to drive on the road is risking someone else's life to let your child "learn to drive".

Mr. NTC disregards the law and the lives of others. Letting his child drive, or more accurately, let him practice driving while participating in traffic, is harmful to his child and to other road users.

The harm to the child is that, if calculated from the date of birth of NCH to the date of the accident, if H is 16 years old, he can be prosecuted for criminal responsibility for the act of "not having a driver's license as prescribed". At this age, committing a criminal offense will greatly affect his studies and future.

Even if they are not criminally responsible but only administratively punished, this accident still has a negative impact on the psychology of NCH.
