Gojek launches GoCar ride-hailing service at Tan Son Nhat airport

Gojek's GoCar is expected to serve thousands of customers every day at the airport area.

Specifically, at the domestic airport area, Gojek operates at 7 locations in lane D2 of the parking garage, from column G6 to B6. At the international terminal area, Gojek operates at 5 locations from column 9 to the walkway area of column 12.

When booking a GoCar, users can enter the code GOJEKNHA to receive a discount of up to 50%, from now until further notice. In addition, with Gojek's "On-time Guarantee" feature, for only VND 2,000, users can feel more secure when booking a car during peak times or in locations where drivers need a long time to travel to the pick-up point.

If the driver arrives later than the estimated time displayed on the app, the user will automatically receive a voucher worth VND 20,000 to use for the next Gojek service.

Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien, Director of Driver Partner Development of Gojek Vietnam, said: “Putting GoCar into operation at the D2 technology lane at Tan Son Nhat airport is Gojek's next effort to meet the needs of people traveling to and from the airport, while contributing to reducing traffic congestion and supporting management agencies to better control airport order.”
