The champion of the tournament - Hana Kang received the highest bonus of the tournament (22.4%) with 120 million VND.
This is also the highest prize that a professional female golfer has received in tournaments in Vietnam to date. The championship of a female athlete at the tournament is a sign of the development potential of women's golf in Vietnam if invested and promoted in the right direction.
The decision not to divide the group by gender is an effort by the Golfzon Vietnam Championship Organizing Committee to provide equal opportunities for women, providing a fair but challenging playing field for female golfers, thereby encouraging female athletes to pursue a professional golf career. Other professional athletes receive bonuses according to the ratio in the table below.
The last player of the Top 24 Professional Players will receive 6 million VND (1.1%). This is the same prize level as other traditional tournaments of VGA Tour. Amateur Champion Tran Duc Anh will receive 23 million VND (35.39%) - the highest prize level allowed for amateur players.
In addition to the prize money, the 4th, 5th and 6th places in the Amateur Table will receive practice cards at Golfzon Park. In addition, the Golfzon Vietnam Championship 2023 Organizing Committee also awarded a number of special technical awards to the athletes participating in the Final Round, including Hole-in-one for athlete Nguyen Van Hieu, Nearest To The Pin for athlete Vu Minh Hai and Longest Drive for athlete Nguyen Huy Thang.
