The delegates' comments will be the basis for supplementing and amending the criteria set for determining the administrative reform index of the People's Committees at district and commune levels in Ha Tinh province.

On the afternoon of October 19, the Ha Tinh Department of Home Affairs held a workshop to contribute ideas to amend the criteria set for determining the administrative reform index (PARI) of the People's Committees at district and commune levels in the province.

Attending the workshop were representatives of the Department of Home Affairs, Department of Science and Technology; representatives of professional departments of relevant departments and branches; representatives of leaders and civil servants of the Department of Home Affairs, district-level public administration centers and leaders of some communes and wards in the area.

The workshop was organized by the Department of Home Affairs.

Implementing the decisions of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Provincial People's Committee on determining the PAR index and the PAR plan for 2023; at the same time, to determine the appropriate PAR index for each year and each period, over the past time, the Department of Home Affairs has presided over and coordinated with relevant departments and branches to give comments and propose amendments and supplements to the set of criteria for determining the PAR index of the People's Committees at district and commune levels in the province.

Accordingly, the draft set of criteria for determining the PAR index in Ha Tinh is built based on the total score structure for each content and area of PAR, closely following the regulations and plans of the province and the central government. The criteria are built according to the tasks of each specialized agency at the district and commune levels in the area.

At the workshop, delegates focused on discussing and giving detailed comments on each content of the draft set of criteria for determining the PAR index of the People's Committees at district and commune levels in the province. Many comments were made on the scoring scale for dialogue work, online public services, administrative procedure reform, online payment, building propaganda work for PAR, developing e-government, digital government...

Closing the workshop, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Cu Huy Cam thanked the delegates for their dedicated and responsible comments; at the same time, emphasized the role and significance of amending and supplementing the criteria set to determine the PAR index of the District People's Committee and Commune People's Committee in the area.

Determining the administrative reform index of the People's Committees at district and commune levels aims to raise awareness and responsibility of all levels, sectors and people for administrative reform in general and to evaluate the annual administrative reform results of agencies, units and localities in particular.

The opinions of the delegates will be received and analyzed by the presiding agency to complete the set of indicators and soon apply them in the area. Thereby, contributing to improving the effectiveness of administrative procedure reform.
