The cooperation agreement will allow the two parties to work together to create broader impacts in the journey to promote green transformation, through cooperation in communication and promotion of electric vehicles, and the development and implementation of preferential policies to support Grab driver partners in purchasing electric motorbikes.

At the same time, the two sides also focus on coordinating to build an electric vehicle ecosystem to sustainably support technology drivers.

For Grab, this is an important next step to accelerate the platform's green transformation, while promoting green transportation and further contributing to the Net Zero process in Vietnam.

The partnership with Dat Bike expands Grab's network of partners in the green transformation sector, including electric vehicle manufacturers, banks and financial institutions, electric vehicle charging station infrastructure providers, etc.

Thanks to this, more and more Grab driver partners can easily access many electric vehicle models with preferential pricing policies, thereby being more proactive and ready to switch to environmentally friendly vehicles.

Dat Bike said it is and will continue to focus on investing in battery technology, smart fast charging, expanding its network of stores and service centers nationwide, to help users confidently switch to green vehicles without sacrificing operating experience, promoting the goal of reducing emissions.

The cooperation agreement includes three main areas of cooperation. First, the two sides will cooperate in promoting communication and advertising electric motorbikes. Specifically, Grab and Dat Bike will coordinate to carry out promotional activities for Dat Bike electric motorbikes and Dat Bike's preferential policies applicable to Grab's driver partners.

Promotion is carried out through both parties' online and offline communication channels, helping Grab driver partners access information in the most complete, easy and convenient way.

In addition, the two sides will jointly organize exchange sessions and joint promotional programs on green transportation to help Grab driver partners better understand Dat Bike's electric motorbike products and infrastructure, thereby being more ready to make the switch.

Second, Grab and Dat Bike will develop and implement preferential policies for Grab driver partners when purchasing electric motorbikes.

Accordingly, along with building a sales policy and incentives specifically for Grab driver partners, Dat Bike will consider applying the most beneficial policy for Grab driver partners among the policies applied at the same time.

In parallel, Dat Bike will develop warranty, maintenance, rescue and replacement services for damaged vehicles and batteries with a priority mechanism exclusively for Grab driver partners, including providing replacement vehicles during repair and maintenance, priority maintenance and setting up separate maintenance service points.

Third, the parties will promote the construction of an electric vehicle ecosystem that sustainably supports technology drivers.

Within the framework of cooperation, Grab will encourage and facilitate Grab driver partners to participate in Dat Bike's electric motorbike testing program or related programs deployed by Dat Bike.

Through this, the two sides will share partners' feedback on the suitability of Dat Bike electric motorbikes to the actual operating needs and expectations of technology drivers as a basis for future improvement research.

The two sides will also discuss cooperation plans to bring charging stations developed by Dat Bike, or those of third-party partners that Dat Bike has signed cooperation agreements with, to Grab's system to support Grab driver-partners when switching to electric vehicles. At the same time, the two sides will coordinate to implement policies to help Grab driver-partners reduce charging costs at these stations.

Immediately after signing the cooperation agreement, the two sides launched incentive programs for Grab driver partners. Specifically, Dat Bike applied an incentive program with a 10-year battery warranty upgrade package exclusively for Grab driver partners.

As a result, from November 1 to December 12, Grab driver partners will receive a direct discount of VND2 million when purchasing this warranty package. The discount will be adjusted to VND1 million from December 13 until further notice.

Meanwhile, Grab has launched a promotion program to support Grab driver partners to switch to electric motorbikes. Specifically, from November 1, 2025 to December 31, the first 2,000 driver partners to complete the Dat Bike conversion procedure will have the opportunity to receive a reward of up to VND 1.5 million from Grab.
