Accordingly, out of a total of 4,932m2, there are 4,909.26m2 of land for construction of high-rise social housing with the form of land allocation being the State allocating land with land use fees collected and exempted from land use fees according to regulations.

The land use term for the Investor is from the date of signing the land allocation decision until August 15, 2074; for the apartment owners, the land use will be stable and long-term. With 22.74m2 of land within the planned road opening area, Asia Star Investment and Development Joint Stock Company is responsible for completing the construction of technical infrastructure and handing it over to the local government for management according to regulations. The form of land allocation is that the State allocates land without collecting land use fees.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned Asia Star Investment and Development Joint Stock Company to be responsible for using the assigned land area within the boundary and in accordance with regulations; locating the construction works in accordance with the approved planning and construction permit; implementing the investment project in accordance with the provisions of the law on land, investment, construction, environment, etc.; handing over 22.74 square meters of land within the planned road opening area to the local government for management in accordance with regulations.

Dan Phuong District People's Committee is responsible for supervising and inspecting the management and use of allocated land within the boundaries and landmarks, for the right purposes according to the provisions of law; urging the acceptance of 22.74m2 of land within the planned road opening area for management according to regulations.
