In Document 3478/UBND-KT, issued on June 13, on the implementation of Official Dispatch No. 77/CD-TTg dated May 29, 2025 of the Prime Minister on solutions to promote effective production and business for state-owned enterprises, the Hanoi People's Committee directed departments, branches and sectors to proactively and actively grasp difficulties and obstacles in production and business activities of state-owned enterprises to promptly have solutions to remove and promote production and business.
The units direct and support corporations and state-owned enterprises under the City People's Committee to implement large and important investment projects, speed up progress and ensure quality.
The Department of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches and sectors to advise the City People's Committee to strengthen financial supervision and evaluate the performance of state-owned enterprises under its management; promptly warn and direct enterprises to take solutions to prevent and overcome risks and weaknesses.
State-owned enterprises disseminate Official Dispatch No. 77/CD-TTg to all employees in the enterprise to ensure consistent and effective implementation; at the same time, seriously implement the 2025 growth target of state-owned enterprises under the City People's Committee, striving to ensure the 2025 growth target reaches 8% or more.
Enterprises continue to improve the efficiency of production and business activities, management capacity and human resource quality; focus resources on core business areas, invest in large, focused, key projects with spillover effects, create momentum, promote socio -economic development, resolutely overcome the situation of scattered, scattered, and ineffective investment.
Some tasks are listed, such as promoting the application of science and technology, digital transformation, improving management capacity and labor productivity, reducing costs; enhancing the responsibility of leaders in preserving and developing state capital, linking responsibility with the effectiveness of assigned tasks.
