It is expected that this afternoon, February 20, the Hanoi People's Committee will hold a conference to announce the results of the 2023 Administrative Reform Index for departments, agencies equivalent to departments and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities.
According to the scheduled program, at the Conference, a report on the city's administrative reform work will be screened; leaders of the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs will report on the implementation process - analyze the results of the Administrative Reform Index in 2023; a number of agencies and units will make presentations.
In particular, here, the leaders of the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs will announce the 2023 Administrative Reform Index for departments, agencies equivalent to departments and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities in the city; the City People's Committee will announce the Decision to commend and organize commendation for a number of agencies, units and individuals who are leading or have made remarkable progress in administrative reform. The Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee will give a speech directing the administrative reform work of the city.
The 2022 administrative reform index for departments, department-equivalent agencies and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities in the city was announced by the Hanoi People's Committee in March 2023.
Accordingly, in the block of departments and agencies equivalent to departments, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs ranked first with a score of 91.68; the second and third places were the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Finance, respectively. In the block of People's Committees of districts, towns and cities, Hoan Kiem district held the top position with a score of 96.08%; followed by Nam Tu Liem district and Long Bien district, respectively.
