On April 17, Hanoi City People's Committee issued Decision No. 2092/QD-UBND on the establishment of Nam Tien Craft Village Industrial Cluster, Phu Xuyen District, Hanoi City.
According to the Decision, the Industrial Cluster is built in the direction of green and clean industry; applying high technology. Ensuring investment in the construction of centralized wastewater treatment plants applying modern environmental treatment technology;
At the same time, build a separate wastewater collection system and surface water collection system; arrange collection and collection locations for waste: industrial waste, garbage; lighting system, trees... And build a synchronous and modern infrastructure.
The Hanoi People's Committee assigned Hoang Tin Infrastructure and Urban Development Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor with a total investment capital of more than 623 billion VND, implemented within 23 months from the date the Hanoi People's Committee decided to establish the industrial cluster and operate for 50 years.
The industrial cluster has an area of 26.3 hectares located in Nam Tien commune and Phu Minh town, Phu Xuyen district with main business lines being civil carpentry, mechanics and some other industries in accordance with the provisions of law.
In addition, the criteria for selecting secondary investors for production activities in industrial clusters are to prioritize the selection of clean industrial production enterprises, using automation technology, new and modern technology, ensuring environmental hygiene, relocating production facilities in craft villages, with traditional occupations in residential areas to concentrated production areas but must ensure the above criteria.
The investor is fully responsible for the honesty, accuracy and legality of the information, data and documents attached to the proposal; ensures the level of equity, loan capital and mobilized capital; arranges sufficient capital to implement the project in accordance with the provisions of law.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
