Regarding the settlement results, 100% of the results of administrative procedure settlement must be issued and returned in the form of electronic copies with valid digital signatures according to regulations, except in cases where the law requires the issuance of paper copies. In cases where the law requires the issuance of paper copies, the paper copies must be digitized and digitally signed to be converted into electronic copies for storage and use according to regulations.
The Chairman of the City People's Committee requests directors, heads of city departments, branches and sectors; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns and cities; agencies, units, unions and organizations in the city to be responsible for acknowledging the legal value of electronic records and using them in handling administrative procedures, internal administrative procedures, other procedures and transactions in the city. Heads of agencies and units are responsible to the Chairman of the City People's Committee for the implementation and strict compliance with this Directive.
