Hanoi adjusts the increase in land acquisition area at 7 projects with a total land area of ​​20.04 hectares.

On June 27, with 100% of delegates present in agreement, the Hanoi People's Council approved the adjustment and supplementation of the list of land acquisition projects in 2025; the list of projects to change the purpose of using rice-growing land in Hanoi.

Specifically, adjusting and supplementing the contents of the projects identified in Resolution No. 69/NQ-HDND dated December 12, 2024 (adjusted and supplemented in Resolution No. 09/NQ-HDND dated February 25, 2025 and No. 31/NQ-HDND dated April 29, 2025) of the City People's Council, as follows: Adjusting and increasing the land recovery area at 7 projects with a total land area of ​​20.04 hectares; Supplementing the rice growing land area at 5 projects with a total land area of ​​3.94 hectares; Supplementing the list of 76 land recovery projects in 2025 with a total land area of ​​1,100.69 hectares; Supplementing the list of 8 projects to change the purpose of using rice growing land with a total land area of ​​59.22 hectares.

Funding for compensation and site clearance shall be arranged in accordance with regulations.
