Hanoi: Joint venture of 4 contractors won the pumping station contract worth over 284 billion VND

According to information from the National Bidding Network, the Thu Lam Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board (Hanoi City) has just approved the winning bid for Package No. 16 Construction and Installation under the Project to Renovate and Upgrade the Manh Tan Pump Station System, Dong Anh District, Hanoi City for a consortium of 4 contractors to participate. The bid package was won at a price of 284,907 billion VND.

Previously, on September 26, 2025, the Thu Lam Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board issued a notice inviting bids for Package No. 16 Construction and installation under the Project to Renovate and Upgrade the Manh Tan Pumping Station System, Dong Anh District, Hanoi City .

This is a bid package using State budget capital and is organized for open bidding domestically. The bid package is priced at 288.27 billion VND, the implementation period is 720 days, the contract type is adjustable unit price. The bid package is closed and opened on October 21, 2025.

During the bidding process for the above package, there was only one bidder, the joint venture of Hai Minh Joint Stock Company - Construction and Business Development Joint Stock Company - Lien Dung Construction Company Limited - Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Joint Stock Company, participating in the bidding with a bid price of 287,785 billion VND. The bid price after adjusting for errors was 284,907 billion VND.

Thu Lam Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board has approved the winning bid for the consortium of 4 contractors above with a winning bid price of 284,907 billion VND, the package implementation time is 720 days.

It is known that the project to renovate and upgrade the Manh Tan pumping station system, Dong Anh district, Hanoi city was approved by the People's Committee of Dong Anh district on August 15, 2024. The total investment of the project is 313 billion VND.
