On June 4, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 2788/QD-UBND approving the zoning plan for the Hanoi High-Tech Biology Park, scale 1/2000.
Hanoi High-Tech Biotechnology Park is located within the administrative boundaries of Tay Tuu, Lien Mac, Minh Khai, Thuy Phuong and Co Nhue 2 wards, Bac Tu Liem district.
This area has a total planning area of up to 199.03 hectares, planned with many different functions such as land for service activities, medical land, training, research, education land, along with green areas and technical infrastructure.
The goal of the planning project is to specify the planning orientations of Hanoi Capital for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, and at the same time adjust the Capital's Master Plan to 2045.
This planning also aims to synchronously develop technical and social infrastructure, ensuring connection with investment projects and surrounding traffic systems.
The zoning plan includes 5 main contents, including master plan of land use, organization of landscape architecture space, technical infrastructure system planning, investment phases and management regulations.
Architectural planning indicators are determined with a maximum construction density of 30%, building height from 1 to 8 floors, along with some highlight buildings with a maximum height of 25 floors.
The technical infrastructure system will be planned synchronously, including transportation, water supply, electricity supply, drainage and waste management. Urban and land planning management will comply with current regulations, ensuring feasibility and efficiency in implementation.
The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the city's Department of Planning and Architecture to preside over the inspection and confirmation of planning documents, and at the same time requested the People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem district to coordinate in publicly announcing the planning content so that organizations, agencies and people can know.
The decision to approve the zoning plan for the construction of the Hanoi High-Tech Biological Park not only creates a favorable environment for high-tech development but also contributes to improving the quality of life for people in the area.
This is an important step towards the sustainable development goals of Hanoi Capital in the future. This decision takes effect from the date of signing./.
