Hanoi: approved location of Nguyen Khe

According to Decision No. 3416/QD-UBND, the plan and location of 3 sections of the Nguyen Khe - Tien Duong - Le Phap route, scale 1/500, was prepared by the Hanoi Institute of Construction Planning and was appraised by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Architecture.

Dong Anh district is focusing on investing in infrastructure construction to become a district.

Regarding the location of section 1: Starting point from inter-regional road B = 40m north of urban subdivision N5 to Nguyen Khe small and medium industrial cluster, length of about 0.75km; section 2: Starting point from Nguyen Khe small and medium industrial cluster to belt road 3 North of Red River, length of about 0.77km; section 3: Starting point from the intersection with Van Noi - Uy No route to Bac Dam Van Tri - Co Loa - Cau Duong route, length of about 1.38km.

The route has a typical cross-section of 40m, including a 2x11.25m roadway (6 lanes), a 3m median strip, and a 2x7.25m sidewalk. At the intersection with the Hanoi - Lao Cai National Railway and the North Red River Ring Road 3, a 4-6 lane overpass will be built, with a cross-section width of the land strip for bridge construction B = 32m.

The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Architecture to check and confirm the plan drawings and route locations in accordance with the content of the City People's Committee's decision; Assigned the Hanoi Institute of Construction Planning to preside over and coordinate with the Dong Anh District People's Committee and relevant agencies to organize the public announcement of the approved plan documents and route locations so that relevant organizations and individuals can know and implement; hand over the approved plan documents and route locations to the Dong Anh District People's Committee to serve the planning management work; organize the preparation and submission for approval of the road boundary marker design documents according to regulations.

Approval of local adjustment of the detailed planning at scale 1/500 of Minh Duc residential area at the land plot marked CT, Me Linh district

The Hanoi People's Committee has also just issued Decision No. 3420/QD-UBND, approving the local adjustment of the 1/500 scale detailed planning of Minh Duc Residential Area at the land plot marked CT (part of the organization of landscape architectural space).

Accordingly, the land plot marked CT belongs to the overall adjustment project of the 1/500 detailed planning of Minh Duc residential area in the administrative boundary of Tien Phong commune, Me Linh district; the land area is about 11,604.3m2.

According to Decision No. 3420/QD-UBND: Adjust the layout and shape of 3 14-storey buildings according to the eastern and northern boundaries of the CT land plot, specify the construction boundaries of 1 basement and the locations and areas for parking on the ground. Arrange concentrated green trees and gardens in the center for the apartment building group. Organize internal traffic (underground, above ground) for convenient access, in accordance with fire prevention and fighting requirements.

The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Architecture to inspect and confirm the drawings of the local adjustment of the detailed planning in accordance with the Approval Decision of the City People's Committee; archive records according to regulations; Me Linh district presides and coordinates with the Department of Planning and Architecture, Minh Duc Tourism Trade Investment Joint Stock Company to organize the public announcement of the approved planning for organizations, agencies and people to know and organize implementation...
