Due to the influence of cold air, many places will have scattered rain and showers and thunderstorms, with the possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind. From the night of April 12, the weather will turn cold, with cold nights and mornings. The lowest temperature will be 18 - 20 degrees Celsius. The wind will change to the northeast at level 2 - 3.

The provincial Hydrometeorological Station warned that on April 12, many places in the province will experience thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning, possibly hail and strong gusts of wind.

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that in April, the temperature in the North will be approximately the average of many years, and rainfall may be 5 - 15 mm lower.
